Application:
The pneumatic valve mouth packing machine is suitable for the packing of powder and granular materials with large proportion and good fluidity. It uses compressed air as power, and the compressed air makes the materials in the closed container fluidized through the atomizer, so as to realize the function of conveying materials. By controlling the flow area of the valve, the feeding amount of packaging materials can be controlled to achieve stable packaging accuracy and speed.

1. The built-in air storage tank shall be pre pressurized with sufficient air volume;
2. It does not block the fast coarse and fine flow control system of discharging, and the packaging accuracy is high;
3. External pneumatic butterfly valve feed switch, easy to operate;
4. The packaged granular materials are free from friction and damage, and are suitable for filling vitrified beads, river sand, drying sand and other materials;
5. The built-in storage bin is added with pneumatic arch breaking device to avoid arching of materials;
6. Automatic bag pushing function and automatic bag dropping function can be selected, as long as the bag is inserted manually.
