JN-D2000KG Automatic Weighing Ton Bag Packaging Machine is an intelligent electronic weighing packaging machine for filling powdered or flaky materials.

5. Working principle of the ton bag packaging machine:

It adopts manual bagging, controlled by an intelligent electronic control system, and adopts fast, medium and slow feeding speeds to ensure the quantitative accuracy of the system, uniform feeding, and automatically complete the feeding, weighing, bag clamping, and material discharge processes.

Machine features:

 *PLC intelligent control instrument is adopted, with high metering accuracy, stable performance, Chinese and English operation interface, and easy and fast operation. It has functions such as automatic setting of control parameters, automatic correction of drop, over-tolerance alarm, and self-diagnosis of faults.

*It adopts a non-metering barrel structure, with low height of the whole machine and small space occupation.

  *It adapts to the flow speed of various materials, with fast packaging speed and high precision, and prevents material blockage during feeding. With high-precision sensors and imported pneumatic actuators, it has high reliability and simple maintenance.

u*The whole machine is made of stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the material are smooth and wear-resistant, with good fluidity, high hygiene standards, corrosion resistance, and long service life of the equipment.
