Application: 

BF-750A is large size sealing and cutting machine, it can be used to carry out full-automatic online shrink packaging for products. It adopts photoelectric automatic detection for products. 

It can choose two modes of automatic feeding or manual feeding.

It adopts folding film and can seal other three sides.

The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard heat sealing films such as PE, PVC, POF, etc.

The sealing is firm and beautiful, especially suitable for POF sealing and cutting.

When changing the product size, it only needs to make simple adjustment through the handwheel without replacing any parts, which reduces the product replacement time and makes it easier to operate.

The front feeding system with adjustable speed and the storage working platform at the rear end enable the whole machine to operate at a high speed and automatically without people

 

BSP series film shrink tunnel is equipped with automatic fault safety alarm for phase loss, phase dislocation and short circuit. The stainless steel heater and high-power air supply motor are used to make the shrinking furnace rise fast, the air volume is large and the air is uniform. The conveyor belt speed and furnace chamber temperature can be adjusted according to the size and output of the product to achieve the best shrinking effect.

 1. The electronic governor can adjust the conveying speed of the conveyor belt at will.

 2. Double layer thermal insulation device is adopted, so the machine surface will not be too hot.

 3. Double layer heat-resistant and heat-insulating cord fabric, greatly reducing heat loss.

 4. The auxiliary feeding chain adopts a @ 10mm roller, which is externally wrapped with a high temperature resistant silicone rubber tube. The roller can withstand heavy objects without deformation.

 5.The application scope is suitable for PE, PVC, PP, POF and other American shrink films.
