SBH Series V Shape Powder Mixing Machine
Brief introduction:
SBH series V shape powder mixing machine is applied in the pharmaceutical industry and any other dry particle mixing. Mixing process is highly efficient without blind spot.It can achieve the accurate mixing.
Working principle:
The cylinder rotation of this machine is driven by sector-led slowdown. The mixing is achieved by the asymmetrical movement of the two mixing cylinders of different lengths. When the machine is running, to the combination of the materials from decomposition, a lateral force is produced to promote the horizontal exchange of materials due to potential differences. And when the decomposition of the materials from combination, another lateral force is produced to promote the horizontal exchange of the materials again, due to the different material planes.
About 25% of the materials flow from one cylinder to another during one revolution of the cylinder. At the same time, the rotary of the cylinder also produces radial flow of material. The materials are mixed of high uniform, by the alternative movement of horizontal and radial decomposition and combination.
