XGF-800/1200 Slant Screen manure separator 

Applications:

1. It is used for dehydrating processing of the poultry dung. It can separate the solid and liquid organic fertilizer of all kinds of poultry dung after extruding and dehydrating, like chicken, cow, pig, duck, sheep and so on.
2.This animal manure solid liquid separator will separate the original livestock manure to liquid and solid organic fertilizer.

3.Solid organic fertilizer can be transported to the areas lacking in fertilizer, and can also play a role in improving soil structure. At the same time, it can be made into organic compound fertilizer through fermentation.

4.  It also can be used in the dehydration of large amount of water content, such as bean curd residue, and the large water content of the wine trough.

Work principle:

The waste water or manure is evenly distributed over the slating screen mesh when flowing through the overflow weir. And because the surface gap of the screen mesh is small and smooth, the back gap is large, the drainage is smooth, the waste water will not easy to block, so the solid material will be intercepted, and the filtered water flows out from the screen mesh gap. At the same time, under the effect of slanting, solid material is pushed to the bottom of the sieve plate to discharge out, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
