Brief introduction:

 *YPC16-A machine is used to pack and seal the detergent liquid into PVA water soluble film.

*It is equipped with 16 filling nozzles, which fill the liquid from tank into sealing mould.

 * Machine working function, including automatic pull film, automatic feed material(liquid), and automatic sealing,

and automatic end product extraction.

* Machine in PLC control and is equipped with temperature control unit to adjust the heating.

* Machine is wholly made of SS304, clean and nice.

* Equipped with vacuum pump, it can help  the finished product in good sealing effective.

*  It has been exported to USA/SPAIN/JAPAN.

1: Equipped with 16 filling nozzles(Machine nozzles quantity depend on the pod weight, 16 nozzles are for

 max 15g pod)  if one chamber liquid pods can equip 25 filling nozzles, but can’t make 2 chamber pods in future.

2: Speed: 32 pcs/min for 2 or 3 chamber liquid pods) , 50 pcs/min for single chamber liquid pods

3: Power: 7.0 kw   

4: Air compressor: 0.6Mpa     (need an air compressor at 4KW, 100L air capacity)

5:Voltage:380V/50Hz 3P (can be customized as per your request) 

6: Packing weight:max 15g  

7: Machine size: 1850X1930X2200mm

8:Main machine material: SS304 ( SS316 can be customized, but need higher cost)

Remark:

  1. Please tell me your accurate pod size before you place order, samples are better provided.
  2. Different filling weight doesn’t affect replacing mold.
