JF-6 dishwasher tablets elevator &counter

Application: 

*This elevator and counting machine are specially customized for feeding granules, big tablets, such as dishwasher, laundry pods feeding and counting. 

*The key part of the machine is the electric vibrator.

*The inlet granules are falling down the vibrator tray and moves toward the trays at the effective of vibrator.

*This lifting conveyor is designed for conveying and lifting the particle&granule item that is with good fluidity such as wheat, corn, peanut, seed, sugar, rice etc. 

Working principle:

The tablets are transported to the feeding corrugated plate of the elevator, and enter into the bin of the counting machine through the vibration device. The bin is equipped with a counting photoelectric sensor. The tablets falling into the bin are counted quantitatively by the photoelectric counting sensor and then fall into the lower container, such as box, bottle, cabinet. 

Main features:

1.Equipped with automatic induction device, it will automatically stop feeding when the hopper is full or empty.

2. The reducer gear: worm type, its advantage s running evenly, lower noise, also is reliable.

3.The electric vibrator part, it is available adjustable. Machine's portable control box: the vibration amplitude is variable to control the conveying capacity.

4.The roller and PE belt: comply to food safety grade.
